Love the concept, I could honestly see this being a mod to Wii Sports Restort. You'd be able to walk around the island and when you get to a specific location a prompt will pop up to where you can select the sport associated with that location. Say you walk up to the basketball court and you can select to play a game. Kinda like Nintendo Land on Wii U, where you can swap between either using the menu to instantly choose the game or walking around the plaza and moving yourself there. If you plan to go further with development, definitely consider adding random miis scattered around doing their own thing. It could be as simple as just them doing a basic walk cycle in a set area, but it'll at least help players not feel alone.
I'm loving what I'm seeing so far. I've honestly been looking around for a Wuhu Island Walkable game for some time now, so I'm very pleased and happy with what you've managed to accomplish! Being able to actually slow down and LOOK at Wuhu Island properly is a real treat.
That said, is it possible to add in a toggle of some kind to get rid of that blue and white dot in the center of the screen when I'm going into first person? It's a bit distracting.
Also, I do have to ask if you plan on making any new additions of any kind?
Your game starts at 00:48. Exploring Wuhu with quick travel and no time limit is something I've always wanted to do so this was a fantastic time. We couldn't tell the difference between the real island and yours. An excellent recreation and easy to enjoy!
